New/Unused Product Return Policy
Returned goods must be currently offered product, less than six months from original sale date, in full case quantity, new and unused, in original undamaged shipping packaging, free from the Buyer?s price markings and company labeling. Returns will be inspected and, if valid, credited at original net invoice price. If original net invoice price cannot be verified, credit will be issued at current net price less 10%.No product may be returned without 3M's prior written approval on a standard 3M Return Goods Authorization (RGA) document. All requests to return goods must include:
Upon approval by 3M, an RGA number will be issued by 3M Customer Care. The RGA number must be clearly marked on all cartons/packages returned, and a copy of the RGA document must be included with the shipment. Transportation charges for product returned to 3M are to be prepaid by the Buyer.
Product returned without an RGA will not be credited. In this case, the Buyer must request an RGA for these products through the 3M Customer Care or at the Buyer's request, the product can be returned to the Buyer freight collect.
